Responsible for knowing all jobs. Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping in work area and adjoining areas. Responsible for maintaining good safety practices at all time. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirements
Specific Responsibilities Relating to Food Safety, Legality and Quality
Ensures that all the jobs that are relieved are done properly.
Reports and takes necessary action to prevent food safety, legality and quality problems from occurring.
Follows and enforces programs and procedures outlined in the Food Safety and Quality Manual to support compliance with the FSSC 2200 V 6.1 Standard for Food Safety and other third party audits.
Abilities Required
Have the ability to perform all positions.
Physical requirements: Lift up to 50lbs. Stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and twist
