SENIOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Job Description
We are current recruiting for a Senior Maintenance Technician Position in Crooksville! Pay ranging $26 - $32 an hour - M-F Direct Hire Position - Get your Resume Ready!
Position Details:
Hands-On Maintenance: Perform and oversee maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and work closely with a team of maintenance technicians, providing hands-on guidance and training.
Equipment Care: Oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
Facility Upkeep: Maintain and repair facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment.
Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage the maintenance budget, making cost-effective decisions.
Vendor Coordination: Work directly with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
Safety Practices: Lead by example in promoting and enforcing safety regulations and practices within the maintenance team.
Inventory Control: Manage maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper storage.
Hands-On Approach: A hands-on mentality with a willingness to get involved in maintenance tas

Job Requirements
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, with some leadership or supervisory experience.
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks. Lift of up to 50lbs
Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, with some leadership or supervisory experience.
