Key Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations. Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime. Repairs: Execute repairs on various types of equipment, including CNC machines, conveyors, robotic systems, and other manufacturing equipment. Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety standards. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and preventive maintenance schedules. Parts Management: Order and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies needed for maintenance and repairs. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees. Collaboration: Work closely with production and engineering teams to address equipment issues and implement improvements.
