The role involves conducting tests, analyzing data, and working closely with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues.

Key Responsibilities: Inspection and Testing: Conduct detailed inspections and tests on automotive components and to ensure compliance with industry and company standards. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from inspections and tests to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality assurance activities. Problem-Solving: Identify quality issues, determine root causes, and work with the production team to implement corrective actions. Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to quality assurance processes and procedures to enhance product quality and efficiency. Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant quality standards and regulations, including ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001, and other applicable standards. Training: Assist in training production staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and best practices. Auditing: Participate in internal and external audits to ensure ongoing compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
