Quality Assurance Tech - Attention to detail is a must
2nd shift - 11:00pm - 7am
$17-$18
Monday - Friday, maybe some Saturdays during hectic week.

The Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance. The role involves conducting tests, analyzing data, and working closely with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues.

Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Inspection and Testing: Conduct detailed inspections and tests on automotive components and to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from inspections and tests to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality assurance activities.
Problem-Solving: Identify quality issues, determine root causes, and work with the production team to implement corrective actions.
Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to quality assurance processes and procedures to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant quality standards and regulations, including ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001, and other applicable standards.
Training: Assist in training production staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and best practices.
Auditing: Participate in internal and external audits to ensure ongoing compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
